About me

I was born in Hong Kong in 1994. I immigrated to the US in 2005. I speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English fluently. I start to have a passion for mathematics starting High School. I am currently an Optics PhD student at University of Rochester (2015 - 2021). Recently I started to write a matlab code to convert piano score to guzheng score.

Interests: optics, math, guzheng, ice skating, cooking, work out

Research interests: Ultrafast optics, Polarization optics, and Quantum Optics.
